This site is only for approved retail businesses. Information on this site include wholesale prices and other information is confidential.

All order will be checked stock level in each company in Japan after we receive your order, and invoice will be issued depend on stock availability. After full proforma payment, goods will be shipped from Japan to Organica International Pty Ltd. We will check products and quantity, ship to you as soon as possible. We will use Australia Post or Courier Service. Cost of postage and handling will be charged only the cost from us in Melbourne to you.

Please chose items carefully. We don't accept any cancelation after 7 days from order date, change or return after payment has been made. If you need assistance to chose products, please contact us by email, we are happy to help you.

We will check your order very carefully before dispatch, although if you receive faulty or wrong items, please contact us immediately and keep the products in the plastic bag which goods are in. We will contact you about solution.

All of products are made in Japan. Please assist your customers for washing following washing instruction. We don't replace any products after wash even product condition is changed except it clearly shows issue due to manufacture faulty.
